Refund Policy

Due to the nature of our services, which include digital tools, marketing automation, and consulting, we do not offer refunds once a subscription or service has been activated. However, if a customer experiences issues with our platform, we encourage them to contact our support team for resolution.

  • Refunds are not provided for any subscription fees, software access, or completed consulting services.

  • If there is a billing error or duplicate charge, we will review and process a refund if applicable.

  • Any service issues must be reported within 7 days of the issue occurring to be considered for a resolution.

Delivery Policy

M4 Suite provides digital services and software access, which are fulfilled electronically.

  • Upon successful payment, users receive access to our platform immediately or within 24 hours via email confirmation.

  • Custom services, such as website design or consulting sessions, are delivered based on a timeline agreed upon with the customer.

  • Customers will receive login credentials and onboarding instructions via email upon successful registration.

Return Policy & Process

Since our services are digital and subscription-based, we do not accept returns.

  • Customers who experience service disruptions or technical issues should contact support for troubleshooting.

  • If a service is not delivered as described, we will work with the customer to resolve the issue.

  • Any concerns regarding service quality must be reported within 7 days of purchase.

Cancellation Policy

We offer flexible subscription plans, allowing customers to cancel at any time under the following conditions:

  • Monthly Subscriptions: Customers can cancel at any time before the next billing cycle. Once billed, the service will remain active until the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds will be issued.

  • Annual Subscriptions: Customers who cancel before their renewal date will retain access until the end of the paid term. No refunds are provided for unused time.

  • Custom Services: One-time services such as website development or consulting are non-refundable once work has begun.

  • Customers can cancel their subscriptions by logging into their account and selecting the cancellation option or by contacting our support team at [email protected] at least 3 business days before the renewal date.
